Boned out pork shoulder: Porcetta?

Hi all. At the local butcher today and picked up a 4.5 lb pork shoulder. Bone removed, strung, and "porcetta" style wrap. Going to smoke it tomorrow for nephews birthday. Using my new WSM. Looking for advice on cook time and temp. thanks a million. Matt
