i saw some pictures recently where the operator of a bbq place was cooking chicken and ribs in a rotisserie cooker where the chicken was on a rack above the ribs. it is clear that the chicken juice would be dropping on the ribs. is this normal? i have a safe serve license and don't think this is safe cooking practice. i cook ribs and chicken at the same time but do them on opposite sides of the racks where the chicken is above the chicken and ribs above the ribs.

what is the opinion of the group?
