Hi all.
I live in the Pacific NW (Idaho). I would like to know what types of meats actually are prefered up here in this area? I see the WHOLE gambit around here but what actually sells and what is in demand? Brisket? Chopped Brisket? Beef ribs? Pulled Pork? Chicken? Pork ribs?...
