Brining a turkey

I always brine our turkeys every year for 24 - 36 hours. This year we are at the in-laws and we had asked them to get a fresh turkey. Well, they got a "fresh" Honeysuckle turkey enhanced with a 3% solution.... Course I had prepared the brine before I looked at the turkey... So will any brining overnight or less make any difference?
