If the recipe linked below is that recipe, then I cannot take credit for it. Wiley Mixon posted that recipe over ten years ago on the BBQ Porch web-site. I posted it here quite some time ago. It is a good recipe and I will be using it as soon as deer season is over and we do our annual venison grind.
Hard to believe that it was ten years ago that I had the privilege of assisting you at the Royal Invitational. That was a fun time and I have some good memories of that weekend. Well not entirely, I don't remember exactly where I laid down on Thursday night, but I do remember where I woke up the next morning..........
I too cannot find the words to express my gratitude to the friends I have met through this forum and the knowlege they have shared with me.
