Had to leave the party last night earlier than I would have liked, but wanted to say that the picture Ray Basso posted from the Karl days was exactly the sort of thing I was after in his memory! He was so funny and cool.

I read through every post and I see some tips in there--Bigwheel posted some sausage recipes: Mike S said cook babybacks to 200 degrees internal, did anyone see anything else?

Not to continue the party, it was special, but one of the best tips I ever got was from Dylan who said to rub a cut potato on the grates to keep food from sticking. Should have done that the other day. Mary Ann
