Several ideas thrown out here. There is a mention of the A-Mazing-tube. I don't have the "tube" but I do have their maze cold smoker. It has a bit of a learning curve to keep the cheese from tasting like it has been through a house fire, but once mastered it does turn out a nice product. I just put mine in the Weber Kettle.
