Tonight was beef chuck, sprinkled with a pack of Biriyani spice mix, pan cooked like I've seen brisket done. Juice skimmed and thickened with a roux.
Tomorrow is salmon in a Fina'denne' (Finnadenney) marinade I've used for years and years. Fresh lemon, if you can get it.
And a leg of lamb crusted in fresh rosemary, fresh oregano, garlic and black pepper.
And a turkey breast for friends.
