Three racks of ribs in the Traeger right now and two chickens in the PBC. Sides will be Winter Squash, Salads, Boston Baked Beans, Fresh Baked Bread and Cranberry Relish. About ten years ago the kids requested we switch to barbeque for Christmas dinner instead of ham, turkey or a roast and we've been doing it ever since. Merry Christmas, everybody!
