I have a friend whose daughter and son in law lived in Peru for several years. He use to bring me packets of aji panco and aji amarillo, and they're great on grilled meat.
BTW, I looked at commercial food sealers but ended up with another Food Saver, hopefully a better model. Too bad I've already packaged up all my Christmas salmon.
