The Anova Sous Vide Immersion Circulator. Been reading a bunch about these and have read results like chuck roasts cooked to med rare for 14-16 hours that is comparable to prime rib. This is the first time that these have been decently priced for the home goof. At $199 and will heat 5-6 gallons of water with accuracy of this type, Temperature Range: 25°C to 99°C ± 0.01°C. Well finally had to bite on it. Should be here in a couple days!! There's 1 other out there and 1 that's soon going to be but Serious Eats tested all 3 and found the Anova to be the favorite. Also several bottles of E&J XO and a pair of leather topped Crocs and a GREAT John Hartford CD, one of the greats in my book!
