This looks like another thing I just can't live with out. However, there are a few things I just don't understand. I was looking at the cooking temperature of a few items and to me they look too low to be safe like fatty fish (salmon) 2 to 4 hours at 134F. How does this work? It is interesting I saw it listed on amazon and it had twelve five star reviews. I need to get past this cooking in the danger zone stuff stuff.
