Ray, I love truffle salt! I first encountered it in Napa on popcorn. I bought some and it really transforms scrambled eggs, baked potatoes and I use it as a finishing salt on steak. Any savory dish with salt could probably be enhanced with a pinch of this stuff. You will be very happy with this purchase.
