I received a Rosle Chicken Roaster as a product tester with the request to give it a try. I have to say this is one of the best products I have been asked to test. I just had to share it with you guys.

The Rosle Chicken Roaster is an “American style Beer Can Chicken Roaster”.

Here is what the label states:
ROSLE’s Chicken Roaster turns out tender, juicy and especially aromatic grilled poultry. Ideal for American style Beer Can Chicken. The large topple free stand and detachable handle guarantee safe handling. Manufactured entirely in 18/10 stainless steel.

I was immediately impressed with the weight and feel of this chicken roaster. The manufactured did not skimp on materials. This gives the roaster strength and durability that will easily last the 5 years that it is guaranteed for.

To test this roaster I purchased a large 6 lb roaster chicken that had proportionally large breast compared to the rest of the bird. I was looking for a top heavy bird that would put the “topple free stand” to the test. So I figured “Go big or go home”. I then seasoned the bird and filled the roaster with a mixture of red wine and apple juice. When I placed the bird on the roaster the bird was so big the roaster nearly disappeared under the bird. But, the roaster held the bird upright without any problem. I inserted the detachable handle into the base of the roaster and using the handle, placed the bird on the grill. Removing the handle, I set the temperature to 250 degrees F. and closed the lid. Every 30 min I reinserted the handle to turn the chicken while basting it, then removed the handle and closed the lid. It took four hours to bring the internal temperature of the breast meat up to 165 degrees F. and the roaster performed like a champ throughout the cooking process. The roaster was sturdy and kept the bird upright without any issue despite the top heavy bird and me turning it every 30 min.

Overall I am very happy with this product. I have tested many products over the years and I have to say this is the first one I have been asked to test that I couldn’t make any improvements to or suggested changes other than minor label changes.

I plan to use this ROSLE’s Chicken Roaster frequently throughout the year and would definitely recommend it to anyone who like to roast chicken or other poultry.
