I misread your original post, I thought you were referring to a food regulation by a health department.
I've a lot of respect for the ServSafeŽ certification program from the National Restaurant Association.
Leaving outter garmets (apron) and utensils/tools (knives, etc.) in the food prep area makes sense even if it's not required by health departments.
Fun post by you... got a lot of folks thinking about food and gun safety all in one post.
Now, if you could do a post that would also get folks thinking about safe sex along with safe food and safe gun practices you could probably sell the idea to Hollywood for a new reality series.
