Tru dat ;-) But it has been around and proven for quite some time. Set at 54.4 C (130F) and have checked the temp with my thermapen at least 15-20 times, each time in several parts of the 5 gallon kettle and it has varied from 130 to 130.1 every time. This Anova thing is a 'rock star' so far!!
