I have been smoking cheese in my Good-One Rodeo & Marshall, Backwoods Competitor, and Weber Kittle. Just use an A-maze tube with pellets, and let it smoke. If you can get your hands on a large cardboard box, make a shelf, and put some pellets in a black iron skillet. Put the box over it and smoke away.
