Does anyone know what the BOD means by "cooked"? Doesn't say how long or to what internal temp cooked means. As written it looks like its open to a lot of interesting interpretations. Can I "cook" it for 5 minutes then part it out? Doesn't say that I cant. Just says once cooked it can be parted out and returned.
Also it says a butt must be a minimum of 4 pounds at inspection then it can be trimmed injected ect. So Can I trim a 4 pound butt down to 8 ounces and put it on the smoker? Doesn't say the butt must go on the pit at 4 pounds it just says it has to be 4 pounds at inspection.
The season is upon us. Just wanna make sure all the teams and all the reps are playing by the same rules. Hate to see someone get DQd one week and not the other. I hope the BOD spells this out in black and white.
