Yep John! I look at it like if they want only wanted the cooks to set sauce or reheat the product, wouldn't they just have added that to the old rule, by saying the cook at his discretion can return the pork to the smoker the last 30 minutes before turn in? Then it would have been easy for the rep to make a call on this if he saw sauce on it earlier.
They way the rule was written leads a person to think the board was fine with the money muscle being cooked separately at some point, which they are leaving that up to the cook. Don't see how it could be enforced by the rep differently?
It would be nice to hear a rep say how he interprets the rule?
Don't you start up the season in a week or so?
