I never skip breakfast. Most days I make an omelet with whatever I can find in the fridge. Some folks call that a "garbage can omelet". Often, it includes some leftover BBQ along with veggies and cheese. To keep the cholesterol in check I use one real egg and two fake eggs (Egg-Beaters).
