Almost every day it is oatmeal and flax meal with fruit (berries, mango, apple)and walnuts. Maybe cinnamon, no sugar. Sometimes a crustless quiche if I have made one. And often a whole orange or grapefruit in the Vitamix with a little water. In the summer ribs cooked the day before and fresh peaches may make an appearance and that is so good. Mary Ann.
