I cooked in the backyard of Cherokee Pignic in Canton, GA a few years ago. There didn't appear to be any true backyard competitors there with me. It seemed to be a bunch of folks with high dollar smokers that didn't want to compete with some of the big boys in the pro division. I may be off base but that just seemed to be my feeling.
