PS, the Anova was $199.00 plus shipping. I've used it 3 times now, 1 pork, and 2 beef. I can already tell I will be as happy with my Anova sous vide as I am with my smoker and BlackStone Pizza oven! 3 VERY, VERY fun food toys!!!
