At GBA events we’ve done, I’ve staggered start times for all meats except ribs. All ribs were started at same time, but ribs for finals were held (you can use cooler or heavy moving blanket) warm until glazing just before turn in. We cook 4 butts, 2 loins, and 6 slabs.
