Brisket Question (not a cooking question)

We have a brisket cooking now on the smoker, should be done around 10 tonight .. we want to serve it for the game tomorrow around 6 .. how best to store it till then ?? .. the reason for this is we are due a winter storm here in north Texas and wanted to go ahead and cook it before the winter blast of high winds and sleet come in the early morning hours of Sunday .. thanks for all help !!
