Cook & pull and vacuum pack in seal-a-meal bags and refrigerate. Toss in pot of hot (not boiling) water to reheat at the site. Make sure good seals on bags. Best to buy pre-made and then double or triple seal. Holds good moisture and once out of bag place in steam pan and use hot apple juice to add moisture.
Do this quite often with good results. There is the occasional pork soup due to bag break usually caused by boiling water or poor seal.
