don't use chicken broth. cook a few butts in pans and retain pork juice and fat and use that.
cook the butts early and pull in large muscle groups. let cool properly. take to site and reheat and pull to serve there. a large al pan will hold four pulled butts. it will take about 2 hours at 275 to get that pan warm to pull to serve.
