Hello all, its been years....YEARS! since I posted anything on this forum, but I now come crawling back for some much needed advice. I am currently an adult leader with the Boy Scouts (Troop 281, Ocean View, DE...WOOT!)and we need some help with portion sizes for cooking for large groups, be it 30 scouts for a camp out or 1000 for a pancake breakfast, all you can eat spaghetti, etc.
Maybe like 10 years back someone posted an awesome guide with recipies if I remember correctly form a US Navy website. I lost the link probably 3 computers ago, tried Google, tried BBQ Forum Search Engine, looked at all the links I could but cannot find it anywhere.
Does anyone have it or anything simular they use for catering that they could steer us to? Any help would be much appreciated.
