Around this time, every year people talk about cooking corned beef in a smoker. When I think of corned beef around Saint Patrick's Day I think Boyles corned beef. In my mind there is nothing better then Boyles corned beef, cooked in a pot of water with all those spices. There is no way I would ever cook it any other way. Right now I have one of those briskets in the refrigerator and I am going to buy another one tomorrow. I can almost taste that corned beef sandwich on rye bread right now.
