Every year around now I ask my butcher to grind up some corned beef for me and I make sliders (mini burger style). I like to top them with homemade kraut, and caramelized onion chutney. Some like to add grain mustard as well, but there is already some in the chutney, so for me I keep it the way it is.
Every since I started doing these they are a repeat offender. Off the wall, but what can I say, so am I.
