Smoke a bunch of wings the day before since you have the smokers and deep fry them next day. Put together a few sauces that are easy to produce and mix wings in bowls or foil pans. Can get gallon jugs of ranch and bleu cheese dressings and serve with some of the carrots and celery Mary Ann mentioned. Very easy appetizers.
