Yup hot and fast for sure, even less on the meat temp is good for me, 140 with a good rest. GREAT over a burned down 'all wood' bed of screaming hot coals, just a couple fresh chunks for some extra smoke if one likes!! Going to do a boneless loin for Easter I thinks!
