Yo Bill, Try this recipe. I have had many good reviews over the years on this marinade. It works well on many different piggy parts such as country style ribs, (both loin and shoulder), pork chops, pork steaks and even both styles of ribs.

As Dave said below this recipe is probably 15 years old and about the only change I have made is to add one-quarter cup of your favorite rub.

One thing I failed to emphasize in the linked post is if you are cooking on a Kettle, you will need to use the indirect method. i.e. coals on both sides and the meat in middle of the grill.

Here is another trick that will help you if you are short on grill space. Place one cooking grill and place it handle side up inside the Kettle. Take another same sized Weber Kettle cooking grill and place it handle side down with the handles perpendicular to the bottom grate. You now have two levels of cooking racks and the lid will still fit properly.
