I have run a couple of videos on pork bellys and I am wondering what's the deal with them? It also seems that I have seen several articles about pork bellys lately. They all talk about terms like crispy, really good and the like. But to me they look like a lot of fat and a little meat. My question is are they any good and how can they possibly be any good. If you have tried cooking pork belly could you enlighten me with your comments.
