We will be doing an upcoming charity cook where we will be selling BBQ to raise money. We are looking at Pig Candy, Ribs, Pulled Pork and BBQ Beans.
My question is: I will need to cook some things a day or two in advance. What would be the best way to cook, keep/store and reheat items such as the Pig Candy and Ribs? The beans we would do the day of.
I have made Pig Candy before, but not the day or two before an event and Iím not sure how to store it for a day or two.
