I am cooking the meat for my nephew's graduation party in a couple of weeks. It is an open house from 2 to 5pm. Between 250 and 300 people have been invited. I am cooking 24 lbs of BBQ sausage and pulled pork. I'm thinking I'll need about 75lbs of finished pork and therefore should start with around 130lbs. Am I close?
