I need suggestion from experienced Weber Smokey Mountain users. I am having a hard time controlling my heat. If the wart pan is in, anywhere above half-filled, temp remains at 210. The only way I can get the temp above 210 is to remove the water pan, then it starts bumping into the 300 range. Suggestions???
