I can put my presure cooker work over hot coals on my grill. I know par-boiling and boiling is a no, no. In pressure cooking the water never touches the food, you are steaming your food. Would this be legal in a KCBS sanctioned event?

I looked at their rules and I did not see pressure cooking being disallowed banywhere. I know the purists are gonna razzle me about it not being true cue. ThAt's not my question. Besides have you sampled some of the soggy barkless cue swimming in sugar sauce lately? That ain't barbecue either.
