I never thought I'd ask this question but here goes....
For those of you that compete or even though's that don't do you like using an electric knife? I have always been one to use my own "carving" skills when slicing brisket, turkeys etc. However, during a practice run on brisket slicing the traditional way was a little rough with how (awesome imo) the bark was.
