Pork Butt Cooking Refresher Course...

I guys! I've been away from BBQing for the last two years and have forgotten a lot of the tricks of the trade, so I could use some advise. I live in Connecticut and had a Klose Backyard Pit shipped to my home several years ago. I remember the ideal temps are 225-275 Deg. F, but I am not sure of the time required to properly smoke a 9 pound bone-in pork butt roast. I will be using small hickory logs and lump charcoal...should I figure about an hour a pound, or should I go with an hour and a half?
