Alton Brown used a food processor to grind 50/50 chuck/sirloin. I did it myself, and was pleased with the results. He just used the blade, and I think used 10 one-second pulses to grind each batch. I think he did the two meats separately and then mixed the results. If you don't have a grinder, I think it makes pretty good hamburger.
