Marinating ribs too long?

I thought I was serving some baby back ribs tomorrow but as it turns out it will be a day later which means they will be marinating in apple juice for 48 hours instead of 24. I'll be using the 2-2-1 method. Will this be ok or should I get them out of the marinade and dry them off and wait. Thanks for any advice!
