It really depends on the trailer design. Do you intend to permantly attach the smoker to the porch or can the smoker be moved inside the enclosed portion for transporation? If you transport the smoker at the porch, then it could lead to increased stress on the trailer frame due the bouncing up and down. If it can be moved more towards the wheels you diminish the stress on the frame. If it can be moved inside the enclosed area for transport, then whe you set up you can have leveling jacks installed on the back which when sitting would change your laod condition from a cantliver condition to a simple span between the jacks and the wheels.
