You should have 12 judges. 2 tables of judges, 6 judges at each table.
Call them table 1 and table 2
You have 13 entries of chicken coming first. Table 1 gets 6 entries and table 2 gets 7 entries which will cover the 13 teams.
Ribs coming in. Table 1 gets 7 entries and table 2 gets 6 entries which covers the 13 teams.
Butt coming in, table 1 gets 6 entries and table 2 gets 7 entries which will cover the 13 teams.
You should also have 2 table captains to do the mechanics for keeping the table on schedule and keeping the mechanics of scoring correctly.
What about your turn in table workers and the left over or grazing table worker? other questions?
