Hi All - been really looking to purchase my first grill and have been looking at the Lynx 30" grill. Does anyone have an opinion on it? My biggest fear is that the 30" model has one of the burners as the ProSear (infared) burners…which i guess is great for Steaks (which i do cook a lot of), but I'm fearful of having 1/2 of my grilling capacity taken up by the prosear? Will that limit or change my flexibility, particularly from an indirect cooking perspective? Any and all thoughts on the Lynx line of grills are really appreciated.
