I kind if thought so too. I just can't see that it would be physically possible to cook something that long and have it edible. At 225 degrees it would be way dry. Even if you continually inject it, I can't imagine it being good.
Thanks for the input. BTW, I cooked my two on Monday to 195 in 14 hours. Incredible if I do say so myself!
