I know there are several folks in the BBQ world that do charity events but if you get a chance to do something like Wounded Warrior, don't pass it up. This was my first time helping out with a Wounded Warrior event. I made door logos just for this one - perhaps I can use them again. :)
Steaks were ribeyes, smoked @ 250 degrees until 115 to 120 internal temp (for medium rare), seared on a very hot grill for 60 seconds per side, wrapped and held for 3 minutes, then sliced and served buffet style.
