I get too busy to be here as often as I used to, and I went to an old link that is now down. Does anyone remember RandyQ? He had a great recipe for Tasso that I never got around to making.
I just thought of him and some other old timers that were around in the first few years of this forum because I scored some Tasso from Savenore's in Boston.
A toast to the original members that taught me so much. How I lived without Tasso on pizza?
