I have pondered something lately and noticed my assumption later when I watched a video of a past contest. What do judges do when parsley is stuck to the meat? IMO the most obvious answer would be to remove it before you take a bite. Do you? Another thing I noticed while doing a practice run on chicken recently, was that parsley imparts some flavor to the meat. Do you feel this hinders your scoring, or don't you notice it at all?
