I didn't order any except a kit of all the belts. When I registered the sharpener they gave me some belts but I don't know if that deal is still good. I have sharpened about 50 knifes on the original belts and can't even tell I have used them. So it looks like the belts last a long time. With the extra belts I have now I am probably good for about ten years or more. I have also sharpened a lawn mower blade, a 15 in machete, a post hole digger and two shovels.

So I would buy it and use it for a while then if you need and want any of the attachments buy them. I have just not seen a need for any of them. But, then I have a lot of tools. My father told me when I was very young that the difference between an average person and a professional is the pro has more tools. So any time I have wanted to do something I bought the tools I needed to do that job. So I have all the tools I have accumulated and all of my fathers tools after he passed away. When I go my two sons will split up my tools and they have been buying tools all their life's and it keeps on going.
